We developed a top-up card program where we reached out to some of our most valuable gents and offered them the chance to buy cards with points credit on them. A gent would pay 300 euro, but was given a 400 euro credit with us that he could spend later. This offered our business an injection of cash during a time we were generating zero sales. Additionally, it helped generate traffic to our stores during the first weeks of re-opening and gave us an opportunity to upsell these same clients on new seasonal arrivals.
